History

Gregg Grove was the site of citywide horror when in the summer of 1992 it was discovered that retied school superintendent Eliza J. Percival had been kidnapping and eating substitute teachers from surrounding suburbs over the span of twenty years. Percival's trial was lengthy and highly publicized, and she ended up being sent to a London mental hospital just months before the first outbreaks.
