Verven as he appears today.

Verven is a 21 year old resident of Hollomstown and member of the Hollomstown Area Regional Defense.

Outbreak

Verven was in his late teens when the initial outbreak occurred and Malton was quarantined. His family were, thankfully, overseas at the time and as such were spared the zombie apocalypse.

The DRRP

Originally from Scarletwood, Verven found himself venturing further and further into Danversbank as time went on, initially to make use of the Necrotech building and police department on the Danversbank border.

He soon made a friend in Paddy Dignam, who invited him to join the Danversbank Relief and Reconstruction Project. Verven agreed, keen to make new friends and do his part for the good of the suburb. He remained in Danversbank with the DRRP for around a year before becoming romantically involved with Jan Brady of the Hollomstown Area Regional Defense and subsequently joining the group.

HARD

On his way back from a trip to Thompson mall Verven made what he intended to be a brief stop in Hollomstown to provide HARD with a new radio transmitter. Deciding to take the time to get to know the members of HARD a little better he ended up staying for a couple of weeks, during which he grew quite enamored with the group as a whole, Jan in particular.

Verven can often be found in Theophan General Hospital getting the most out of the waiting room's comfiest chair. Since he long ago cast away most of his weapons, he now focuses his efforts on maintaining the well-being of the people of Hollomstown by supplying generators, fuel and first aid.
