Parkhouse Walk PD is a de facto hub of survivor defense in Northwest Borehamwood as of November 2008. It was the first PD in the suburb to regain power after the outbreak began, and its close proximity to a warehouse and other police stations ensures a steady stream of defense resources for this redoubt. Survivors are actively encouraged to seek refuge there and in the adjacent police stations.

The station is equipped with both a radio transceiver and a CCTV camera suite. The transceiver is generally set to broadcast on the NW Borehamwood Defense Frequency, 28.06. This frequency is also monitored by other survivor groups in Northwest Borehamwood.

Currently, Parkhouse enjoys a healthy survivor population and is kept very strongly barricaded. A full barricade plan for the locale is in development, but may have to wait for widespread free-running among survivors.

Communications to and from Parkhouse Walk are currently being arranged by survivor Joe England, who appears to be a former prisoner (arrested for public drunkenness and freed during or soon after the outbreak).
