Who is he?
Sebastian Skelton is really Private Skelton, but his military rank percieves his name. Sebastian Skelton II is the new leader of P.O.M. after he found out his dad was the leader of this cult. Currently Sebastian Skelton II was seen limping around Shearbank looking for a revivification center. There is a myth that Sebastian Skelton II has two bodies. No one can tell because of the lack of communication. Im sure if you helped him out he would be in your debt.
