Penny Stoy is just a guy from Tollyton with a randomly generated name. Started at Conolly Row and is now at St. Danilo's. He has plans.
User used to play with three characters. Just Penny now, besides Jo Gulledge, a consumer (he's never played one before) and Olivia Obald, a private (he's never played one of those before either).
He will not be playing a zombie, as one of his former characters was a maxed out zombie and he decided playing as one is dull compared to playing a human.
