History

The V.I.P.E.R. (or Vigilant and Intelligent Peer Enforced Reconnaissance) Team is a unit that was created around mid 2008 by Jack Trimus , a member of a secret project called VALKYRIE who was dropped in southwest Malton for a quick recon mission. After being declared missing in action, the government denied involvement in the project, and left him as an indepentent unit.

Goals

- Gather information about energy, building and population status. - Instruct newer inhabitants. - Eliminate threats to survivors.

It should be made clear we are a pro-survivor force. We are few, stealthy and deadly. We act with precision and discipline. This is an elite group, and we ask the best from our members, to make the best out of them.

Rules

1. Leadership is to be respected at all times. This is an elite military group, and therefore a chain of command is followed at ALL times. Those unfamiliar with the concept should properly be informed and in case of disobedience, will be hunted and shot dead. The V.I.P.E.R. Team is not a democracy.

2. Leadership is defined by: Jack Trimus and two other heads that are not public. Those who fail to recognize them will be hunted and shot dead.

3. Leadership is in charge of COMPLETE creation of missions. Opinions, thoughts and suggestions about mission command modification upon -Final release- (see rule 6) is punishable by death.

4. Contributions to the cause, the group, general improvement and advice on how to complete mission objectives however, will be well received and rewarded.

5. All communications to the leadership, disregarding their nature, should be text messaged (TM'ed) to Jack Trimus. All communications to the crew will be given by Jack Trimus by TM. Jack Trimus is the face of the V.I.P.E.R. team, and the other two heads should not be bothered with such matters.

6. Mission objectives are TM'ed by Jack Trimus and, as described above, are NOT discussable. This is called -Final release- phase, an official signal letting everyone know that such mission has begun.

7. Phases of Initial creation, and Adjustments are above crew rank unless clarified in text message to the members.

8. Mission objectives follow these requirements (unless clarified otherwise):

- Are mandatory.

- Are individual.

- Are to be performed as stealthy as possible and without taking aditional targets (unless of course, permission is given).

- Are not time restricted.

- Are to be TM'ed to leadership upon completion or when an inconvenience has been encountered.

- Are NOT discussable.

9. Discipline is a requirement that is not negotiable. This means that zombies, or humans that are incapable of following orders are unsuitable to join and their applications will be denied. If one of our crew manages to lose judgement, it will be dealt accordingly.

10. Members that are K.I.A. are to be revived through any means possible. Members that have become zombies will be treated as such (read, killed, over and over). Members that have been M.I.A. will be removed from the unit.

11. M.I.A. is defined as:

- Missing In Action. A member who has not reported status in over two months.

12. Conduct and good manners are to be kept at all times. Respect our members equally, as our allies. For each word said out of place, punishment is death.

13. Do not attack, harm, disturb, harrass or annoy other members or allies.

14. By requesting to join you are agreeing to all of the above rules. Breaking of even one of them is ground for dismissal and punishment. You have been informed.

15. The above rules can only be modified by Jack Trimus, after agreeing with the rest of the leadership.
