| I'd like to suggest that some significant changes be made to the barricade plan, since there aren't nearly enough VSB locations and the locals routinely take things into their own hands by either EHBing everything or VSBing too much. Might I propose [[User:Aichon/Sandbox/Demo8|the following]]? It's more in line with the [[UBP]] than the current plan, for the most part, while still keeping certain buildings that are of particular importance barricaded more highly. I don't think that a strict adherence to the UBP (which calls for PDs, hospitals, and NTs to generally be at VSB) makes sense for Darvall, since with the NTs, one of them doubles as the phone mast, while the other is the primary needle supply for Caiger Mall, both of which are unique and exceptional reasons not to keep them at VSB. Similarly, with the hospitals, two of them are key to the free running lanes, and with the PDs, Crossman is frequently under concentrated attack, making EHB almost always a necessity anyway.

| There's no shortage of NTs in neighboring suburbs, so keeping ours at EHB shouldn't be a burden on newbies, and we can keep Euty's and the other two PDs at VSB without harming free running within the suburb. But we do need entry points since Darvall Heights tends to be frequented by vets coming to see Caiger, and we've been remiss in establishing proper ones, aside from a few (e.g. Pagram Library, Dandison Auto Repair, and St. Isidore's are well-known to locals, but others aren't necessarily). It's high time we got a few more established at reasonable distances from each other.
