The Federation is a practicle group aimed at having fun while PKing other groups, people, and organizations to get our kicks. While we PK, it's also a good idea to come up with motives to our actions and provide rhyme and reason to our madness. Well, our goal is simple. To become the most feared and powerful PK group in UD.
