The Brotherhood of the Ninth Circle, like its namesake from Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines, is an organization whose members believe in the ascension to the Ninth Circle through murder, disease and forced control over people. It's not that we hate people, as such - some of our best friends are people - it's just...no, it is that.

Based out of Latrobe Building in Darvall Heights, with a smaller, less experienced task force around Dowdney Mall in Santlerville, The Brotherhood exists to increase the total sum of human suffering in the streets of Malton. This means we welcome anybody - humans, and zombies alike - as long as they spend their time harming others.
