So you want to know more about us? Well we have no glorious history like some of the Malton groups that exist today. But our reason for existing is simple, we thrive in chaos and love to push our survival to the limits. Even when we die, we only rise up stronger than ever. WE have one goal and one goal only, give the zombies and people of Malton reason to be on their toes. We're free to do as we please, but more importantly we do it as a team.

People may love us or hates us, but if it makes them take action, then we've done our part. We're not here to to make a zombie free world, but we sure as hell aren't going to let those rotten meat bags run the show. So if you're ready make waves and be free to do as you please, the FFF has your back.

Our Mission, Our Dream

The Fairview Freedom Fighters, by default, are a neutral group of survivors that operate throughout Malton. The FFF is focused on promoting both on the role-playing and technical aspects of the game. We will give both survivors and zombies alike a reason to be active on Urban Dead. This means we can be heroes defending the weak one day and tearing down barricades the next. We are free, not bounded to one play style; all in the effort to preserve and promote active game-play within Malton.

FFF Motto: Stay Alive Survivor!

About Us

So you want to know more about us? Well we have no glorious history like some of the Malton groups that exist today. But our reason for existing is simple, we thrive in chaos and love to push our survival to the limits. Even when we die, we only rise up stronger than ever. We have one goal and one goal only, give the zombies and people of Malton reason to be on their toes. We're free to do as we please, but more importantly we do it as a team.

People may love us or hates us, but if it makes them take action, then we've done our part. We're not here to to make a zombie free world, but we sure as hell aren't going to let those rotten meat bags run the show. So if you're ready to make waves and work with seasoned players, the FFF has your back.

Never fret about being left alone, all you have to do is look side to side and see your fellow comrades right next to you. Ready to share a First-Aid Kit and a joke.

How We Operate

In Game

At this time we're working on securing a main suburb, so for now we are a nomadic group. How we work depends on Malton's danger level, too much green means we aid zombies by removing barricades and ransacking buildings. Too much red and we begin relief efforts for survivors. If it's about even we do whatever sounds fun!

Pro-Survivor Duties

  • Giving revives at designated RP locations.
  • First-Aid to injured survivor groups.
  • Barricade Defense and Repairs during Zombie Sieges.
  • Reconstruction efforts at ruined suburbs.

Pro-Zombie Duties

  • Occupying and destroying Malls, Forts, phone towers.
  • Barricade break-down for less organized zombie groups.
  • Coordinating with other zombie groups as loyal undead soldiers.
  • Priority First Destruction of all NT buildings within our path.

Outside of Game

  • Role-playing on our home forum.
  • Playing various PC games.
  • Casual chatting

FFF Guidelines

  • Be Active.
  • Help fellow FFF comrades.
  • Spread the word, tag areas with our name whenever it's convenient.
  • Recruit whenever possible.
  • Defend our territory (pending).

Ranks

The current ranking system of the Fairview Freedom Fighters:

High Command The Specialists Comrades Fresh Meat

Squad Leader Senior Conscript Mercenary
Chief of Internal Affairs Agent Conscript

Trial by Fire

New applicants will be assigned to a Grunt Squad automatically before choosing a profession. Training will occur independently of the main group when experience is needed, otherwise, new recruits will link up with the main force. Before a Grunt can move up into the main group they must first:

  • Reach Level 5
  • Maintain proper communication on the forum
  • Understand the basics of survival within Malton
  • Acquire skill set best suited for particular profession.

First line of defense focusing on combat and completing basic mission objectives. Must carry at least two first aid kits to self-heal or squad mates. Required to heal, revive personnel and local survivors. 30% minimum of encumbrance must be dedicated to medical supplies. Members assume an infantry role when there is no healing or reviving necessary. Ensures buildings are repaired, barricaded, and powered when necessary. Often clears and repairs buildings for infantry to occupy. Inventory typically includes a toolbox, spare generator and fuel by default. Only members of High Command or trusted Specialists are allowed in FFF Spec Ops. They provide reconnaissance of target areas as well as providing additional support when normal FFF units are not enough. They may complete objectives however they see fit and may give orders to lower ranked members.

Zombie Professions

IMPORTANT: Zombies and Survivors of the FFF DO NOT work side by side on missions. This is to preserve the authenticity of the game as well as fairness. All FFF zombies will operate separately from the survivor squad unless they are waiting to be revived or holding down our territory.
Ghouls Tainted Souls

Taintedsoul.png
Ghouls are the main body of the FFF Zombie Horde that serve under the leadership of a Tainted Soul. Any member can be a Ghoul until they wish to return to being human again. This profession is only for those who are truly dedicated zombie players. Players in this profession MUST have the Brain Rot perk in order to be considered a Tainted Soul. These players lead their own horde and work with other zombies to spread the gift of being undead. We highly advise players not to take on this profession if they wish to be human since it can be very difficult to revive.
