Rather Library
Description
Rather Library is so named because of the librarian. It was origonally the Urban Library, an annex of Urban General Hospital. The librarian, an unnamed, reputedly unemployed woman, was sick of the mounds of medical books, and the fact that the library had an entire section devoted to human anatomy, which she thought shouldn't be publicized. Whenever someone checked out one of these books, she suggested they had a dirty mind, and said "I'd RATHER you not check that one out." each and every time the book was stamped. This eventually leaded to the entire suburb calling it the Rather Library, and the Mayor even renamed it the Rather Library. Now, it is home to several survivors.....no, the anatomy books were all looted.
