The buildings of Old Arkham will look beautiful inside and out with the skins of our victims. All art and decoractions will be destroyed as only flesh, human organs and bones shall adorne the buildings. Anyone who defies DOJG will be impaled alive, and slowly skinned in Bray Square (13, 99) for all to see, and be made an example of.
