This flagbox takes two variables:

For example, if you were to enter "[[User:Example User|Example User]]" and "for something to happen." using this code:

{{HangingAround|User=[[User:Example User|Example User]]|For=for something to happen.}}

this would produce

	Just hanging around
	Example User is waiting for something to happen.
