I think that both the Sacred Ground Policy and RESCUE have points and support both as they are applied.

I am not entirely against combat revives (see Fertilize the Land Policy), but I can't see much good in blind revives. Scan before you inject!!

Currently freelance in Western Malton, hopefully helping to secure the suburbs north of Shore Hills.
