| |
| GardG, as he was nicknamed by his fellow soldiers, was part of one of the British Army SAS squads. Most of the information about this is classified, but rumours says his birgade was a fast-response unit specialised in nuclear, biological and chemical warfare.
| |
| GardG was sent to the city of Malton during [[Operation Goldwing]]. A squad of approximately 50 soldiers were supposed to be inserted into the suburbs of [[Peppardville]], [[Pitneybank]] and [[Heytown]] by military UH-60 and ACH-47 helicopters. However, the landing zones were dominated by the undead and the squads were not prepared. The group became scattered around in the area. An attempt was made to extract the soldiers and bring them back, but the operation was cancelled when radio contact with one of the aircraft was lost for unknown reasons.

|
| |
| One of the survuviors of this failed operation was GardG. He ended up on the roof of [[Chaffey Alley Police Department]], from which he managed to move safely into a safehouse which became his base of operations for several weeks. Later, he has been moving around in the whole town of Malton, doing all he is capable of to keep fellow surviviors safe.
| |
|
| |
| He visited [[Fort Perryn]] for a while and located several weapons there which he has used frequently later. Always armed with his Winchester 1300 and a couple of revolvers and equipped with a [[FAK]] or four he is ready to take on the zombies and rescue Malton. He is currently doing his stuff in the suburbs near [[Galbraith Hills]].

| ===Future Intentions===
| |
|
| |
| GardG is known to be intending to continue doing what he's doing, in other words kill zombies, secure buildings and heal people, besides keeping the mood up. Every now and then ie is observed armed with a harmonica playing a little bit for his fellow surviviors, occasiaonally boradcasting cheerful messages from radio stations to ensure thet the general mood in Malton is good. Despite the zombie problems, one can't stop having fun!

| A radio communications recording from [[Operation Goldwing]], in which GardG was involved, is now available. It is of low quality and fairly large parts of it are missing, but here it is:

| Note that the transmissions are coded with vocoders making it somewhat hard to hear.
| |
|
| |
| The comm in this transmission is between Helix, Hunter and Dagger 8. The latter of those is GardG. Helix and Hunter are two transport aircraft. Although unconfirmed, Helix is said to be a H-47 whereas Hunter is a H-60. A garbled transmission from an unknown soldier is also heard between the static during the insertion itself. Chatter between the two aircraft are heard during their approach and Dagger 8 (GardG) is heard transmitting during, and after the deployment.

|
| |
| Why large parts of the comm seems to be missing is unknown.
