History

The USATA was formed soon after the tragic events of September 11, 2001, when Al Quesadilla attacked the United States of America. After the Patriot Act went into effect we have been given all authority to hunt down terrorism in any way possible. This includes, but is not limited to: Wiretapping, spying, waterboarding, shuffleboarding, impounding possesions, and arresting and possibly castrating anyone related to terrorist activites.

Mission in Malton

After the Quarantine, Malton became a shutoff zone of constant warfare, a place where people became used to constant death, and mortality was not a valid fear for those living within its walls. Seizing upon this opportunity, Al Quesadilla operatives began sending all their recruits into the city, in order to train their soldiers for the dangers they would face conducting suicide bombings and other self-sacrificing deeds.
Top Al Quesadilla leaders also hoped to further threaten the civilized world with the threat of releasing the zombie virus into other heavily populated areas, like San Francisco, commercial centers like New York City, and the previously undisclosed location of the worlds most vital social leaders, and the most important people in the future of the world - Hollywood.

In order to stomp out the terrorists and save Hollywood, the US government deployed a crack team of combat specialists to apprehend the terrorists, authorizing them to use humiliating force to do so. This included several practices banned by the Geneva Convention, such as thumbscrews, finger-painting and hours worth of Bee Gee's tapes.

The USATA team wasted no time in identifying terrorist elements in Malton, and is in the midst of executing Operation Inurbase, Operation Killinurdudez and the preemptive Operation Lolwat, all named after minor W.W.I.I. battles in North Africa. The details of these operations are highly classified, and may not be discussed, under strict orders from General MacChezbargar. To reveal anything concerning these operations is considered highly un-American, treasonous, and definitely something an Islamo-Fascist Pinko Terrorist would do.
Those who do not cooperate with USATA forces are considered a threat to Homeland Security, and will be removed to a secure location for questioning without charges and possible castration.
