The Phelips Museum is a Cubist Sculpture Museum. Permanant HQ of The British Relief Force (as well as the factory above it) Until the situiaton at fort perryn is stabilized
Description
Naturally, the Phelips Museum is filled with many strange and varied types of cubist sculptures. Though it is sometimes difficult to discern what many of these sculptures are meant to represent, there are many pieces which take on recognizable forms. The Phelips Museum is primarily dedicated to mediums of carved or molded imagery, but it does contain other examples of artistic cubism. The Phelips also hosts several cubist paintings.
In addition, there is an entire wing devoted to furnishings inspired by cubism - though some pieces afford more comfort and practicality than others.
History
Before the quarentine, the Phelips Museum was a relitively quite place in Whittenside with very few patrons and guests. As a result, it was never a recipient of destructive zed activity. In fact, if not for the building's close proximity to the Agapitus General Hospital, it may not have suffered any damage at all.
Barricading policy
The Phelips Museum is to remain at EHB in accordance with the Whittenside Barricade Plan.
