It's done by the fluid ounce, so feel free to drink as much as you can afford.

Cocktails & Margaritas

Cocktails are available using a mixture of ingredients
listed above of the consumers choice.
No additional cost other than the ingredients, however
we encourage you to tip the bartender.


There is also a separate jar on the counter for freewill contributions to CS.

Specialty Drinks

Offered by the eight ounce glass,
Also be sure to ask the bartender about the drink of the day,
week, and month. Be sure to mention them by name.

Buffalo Milk

(Percival, don't ask! I got this one!)

Drink of the Day

Sunday: Pucker-Up-- $2.10

8 ounces of lemons, ice, and 2 ounces rum. Blended into a nice slush.
Salt/Sugar-Rimmed glass, and/or lime-wedge available at request.
Just try and keep a straight-face.

Monday: Roy Rodgers/Shirley Temple-- $2.00

9 ounce dark or light soda mixed with 3 ounces of grenadine syrup
with a Maraschino Cherry on top.

Tuesday:Boilermaker-- $3.50

2 oz shot glass of consumer's choice of tequila, whiskey or vodka
dropped into an 10 ounce beer of the consumer's choice.
We dare you to drink it in one go.

Wednesday: Appletini-- $2.25

Vodka, apple liqueur, and apple juice in a large, 6 ounce Martini glass.
Served with an gala or granny smith apple slice wedged on a the lip.

Thursday: Strawberry Lemonade-- $2.10

Just a clean and heavenly mix of strawberries and sweetened lemons.
10 fluid ounces and served on-the-rocks.

Friday:Orange Whips-- $2.10

Because they're so popular with Bowring Blackwatch, we decided to make 'em, too!
4 ounces orange juice, 1 ounce rum, 1 ounce vodka, and 2 ounces cream,
mixed to a frothy goodness.

Saturday:Molotov Cocktail-- $3.00

1/4 rootbeer, 1/4 Coca-Cola, 1/4 rum, 1/4 bourbon, for a total of 10 ounces.
Something not meant for human consumption, only the brave or
the fools venture here.
