FYI, it does appear to do nothing particularly special other than broadcast on the one specific frequency.  We're not really all that excited about the end results.  Also, the record of the maiden broadcast is now available in the article.  I suspect that the defense team that was quickly assembled will soon part their various ways... it's not that interesting to use, nor that useful. --[[User:BLusk|BLusk]] 14:06, 21 July 2009 (BST)
