LOCKETTSIDE BOYS

The Lockettside Boys are a rag tag gang of survivors that have dedicated their lives to the protection of their suburb, as well as one another. Lockettside is their home and they will die protecting it, several times if required. Respect the suburb and you will have no trouble from the LoBo as you walk upon it.Those who help fight to protect it are forever considered a friend and will always be able to count on the Lockettside Boys for aid. The undead is their primary target, being the largest threat, though anyone caught slaying the living will be brought to a quick end and thrown out to live amongst those they serve.

There is no form of rank in the Lockettside Boys, they do have their established leaders, but their power doesn't stretch much beyond keeping the men informed of situations and progress in events. Everyone fights together no matter the differences between those in the group. Members know their purpose, whatever it may be, and are simply asked to do it to the best of their abilities.

RECRUITMENT POLICY

Anyone can join the Lockettside Boys whether they are a level 1 or level 40. All classes are welcome since everyone can serve a purpose in some way or another. All that is asked of a person when joining is their loyalty to those in the group. If you want to join, then you join, no paperwork or the permission of one of the members needed. The Lockettside Boys are more a family then a gang of survivors, all for one and one for all, and when a new family member is born you must accept them with open arms.

Malton Fire Department Lockettside Branch, led by John Cannonfodder.

NEWS

Jun4th 09--Hebditch NT proved to be a washout with the 48 occupying Z's intent on... well occupying it really. Bored with the inability to play even a single tune the LoBo's Karaoke tour has returned to Lockettside as it appears Josaphat Hospital is under attack and we actually need to some homeland defending. Does this mean we have to change the suburbs danger level? Can we make it puce, I like puce.--Fausta Gummings 18:56, 4 June 2009 (BST)

May14th 09--Well the local Z's finally objected to our having a powered club on the fringes of Barrville, either that or they wanted a beer and a boogie to our rocking tunes. The Tour has moved on, mostly coz we need a new radio and genny, so is currently in Ackland Mall making friends and getting drunk. Next location? Hebditch NT has been suggested as the next happening place to head but so far the jury is out (mostly of their skulls on jackhammer) due to the fact that current occupiers are dead set against survivors using Hebditch (get it, dead set, when its occupied by Z's, that was a joke that or a clever play on words). Oh a serious note, has anyone seen Harvey? We can't seem to find his body.(cue spooky music)--Fausta Gummings 12:57, 14 May 2009 (BST)

May 8th 09-- After faffing around Lorenzo Hospital and wasting all our ammo the lobo's road trip moved on to Hildebrand Mall to restock and waste even more time helping out round there. So much so that when we finally made a move on Nichols it had already been single handedly cleared by Harvey (or so he claims, how many Jackhammers did you have that day Harvey?).After sticking around a grand totall of 2 days in the Mall the Lobo's decided it was time to move the Tour onto the Zoo. The zombie attack and ransacking of Nichols that resulted in the temporary incapacitation of two members had absolutely nothing to do with this, honest. Anyway, we had new kilts by this point. So... onwards to the zoo where the locals told us off for barricading the zombies out. Seems they like to watch them fight in the enclosures as bear baiting is off, go figure. Which brings us finally to Club Lazenby where the karaoke party has started properly! Shaun, Jonny, Cherub and Harvey have kicked off the singing in style, broadcasting to all back at Club Frankland and anyone else listening on 26.11--Fausta Gummings 16:56, 8 May 2009 (BST)

April 19th 09-- With Spring here and no zombies to speak of in Lockettside several members have taken it upon themselves to help restore Nichols Mall to survivor hands. Actually we just needed new kilts as we can't get the bloodstains out of the ones we picked up on the last karaoke tour. Harvey, Shaun, Faust and Cherub call on all members new or old to help rid Nichols of the foul Zed's who would prevent the kilt store from reopening. --Fausta Gummings 11:55, 19 April 2009 (BST)

No real news. Just wanted to say that since I am back I shall continue the maintenance of the LoBo page as I did before. - Joe Riggs 20:35, 17 April 2009 (BST)

February 22 09 -- The LoBo's have been busy at Marven mall and other areas in the suburb beating zombie ass and reciting poetry. So if you feel like kicking ass in a classy refined kind of fashion head on over to Club Frankland and say hi.--Harvey Goolap 20:45, 22 February 2009 (CST)

October 12 08 -- Although no longer concentrating on stadiums the LoBo's Karaoke tour has been resurrected (rather like some of its members at times) and is now kicking off a new leg starting at Buttery Row School in Ridleybank. All are welcome no matter your singing ability. We just ask that you bring your own beer as we definately don't have enough for all of Malton.--Fausta Gummings 01:18, 12 October 2008 (BST)

September 22 08 --The LoBos newspaper tag event has been and continues to be a huge success! Although there are only three participants and it makes getting "un it" a little challenging, (you can't tag back the person that tagged you) the zest and gusto demonstrated by everyone is truly moving. Later updates on the medal ceremony when we figure out how this ends..--Harvey Goolap 10:45, 22 September 2008 (CST)

June 26 08 --The LoBo's Malton Stadium Karaoke tour was postponed mid tour because of Barrville being totally screwed up. As the local Zed population seemed unhappy with our song choices, we will continue when we are able to keep Floyde Stadium powered for more than 12 seconds.--Harvey Goolap 13:11, 26 June 2008 (CST)

May 07 08 --The LoBo's are looking to begin constructing Zombie proof armor made from recycled crap found around Malton. The initial planning meeting will take place in Club Frankland this weekend and will include copious amounts of questionable substances and alcohol. It also looks like the get to know you/icebreaker part of the meeting will involve an air guitar contest, hope to see you there.--Harvey Goolap 16:15, 7 May 2008 (CST)

April 08 08 --The Lockettside Boys are just as active as ever and are looking for new recruits. Due to the recent zombie activity our weekly salsa and samba based combat lessons have been postponed until more interest is shown. However, we are still practicing karaoke and drunken target practice every Thursday at Club Frankland.--Harvey Goolap 15:08, 8 April 2008 (CST)
