The Raccoon City Defense Force, or RCDF, is a pro-survivor group based in Roywood.
How to join
People interested in becoming a member of the RCDF must agree to the following basic rules:
- To aid, assist and advise fellow clan members and survivors to the best of their abilities.
- To never attack another survivor except in self-defense or the defense of another.*
- To abide by all RCDF Policies.
