Chicago Edd's defense force (C.E.D.F.) was a group started when Chicago Edd, who was en route to Yagoton at the time (around 6:00 CST on Dec 4 2009), decided that the city of Malton needed a hero, if not many. So he decided that the instant he was revived, he would start recruiting. I will update my location as often as I can so you can come to me and we can have a meeting in the privacy of an abandoned hospital or school or some thing like that.
