Attention: This area is for recruiting and diplomacy between the Earletown Rangers and other groups.

Messages not related to recruiting, or diplomacy will be deleted Lt. Taco.

All Recruits Please Read:

The Earletown Rangers are a dynamic group heavy into role play. We are currently accepting recruits between levels 1-10. We also have several in-active players whose identity you could assume. No matter how you join us, we appreciate players who take time to develop a personna and blend their character into our unfolding story. That's why we prefer players with a dedicated character who will spend time developing it, not someone who is playing a handful of impersonal "alts."

We currently have openings in 1st, 2nd and 2rd squads for Regulars, those who log on every 1-2 days and participate in special ops. There is an opening for a high-level Reserve Commander who will coordinate the activities of Reservists, those who log on less often and choose to do specific tasks within a specific area.

If you would like to sign up for a fantasting role-playing experience, sign the roster below and the Drill Sergeant will contact you ASAP.

Lt. Suzy "Taco" Scopes, C.O. Earletown Rangers

Nice group page you have here. I myself never bother to join a group or create one, finding it to be too much of a trouble. I opt to support local survivors, especially the Dulston Alliance, on my own. Too bad both of our home suburbs are uninhabitable at the moment. Let's gather syringes and work our way in. -- Kittithaj 00:43, 19 December 2009 (UTC)

The Big Prick wants you to join in the GREAT_EASTSIDE_RP_CLEANUP

We'll be coming through your 'burb soon. Do you want to help us out? Asheets 20:40, 8 January 2010 (UTC)

The Earletown Rangers WILL participate, we are currently en-route back to Earletown, come talk to us on our fourms: http://rhvp.oniwabanshuu.com/yabb/YaBB--HiteiKan 00:49, 9 January 2010 (UTC)

Greetings from the Damn Yankees

I believe this falls under the category of "diplomacy with other groups." If there's a better way to reach the Rangers, please let me know! I'm far from the most tech-savvy member of our group, but I like doing outreach and coordinating with other survivors. So let me know what you're interested in discussing vis a vis the Yankees, and I'll be happy to help.

This is what I want you to discuss with them. We are both small groups and we could both benefit from grouping together. If the Damn Yankees want to join the Rangers, I will make you your own squad, "The Damn Yankee" squad and you can benefit from our discussion board, our alliances, and intelligence...if you don't mind taking orders from a woman.

I appreciate the offer, and the fact that you think we'd be an asset to the Rangers. Thanks! And it's definitely not the "from a woman" part the Yanks might have an issue with; it's the "taking orders" part ... I'll discuss it with the crew and see what they think, but I'm guessing they'll be inclined to remain independent. I hope that wouldn't compromise our cordial relations with the Rangers?

Of course not. But, we really don't know who you are, how many, or where you operate.
We started out in Dulston and there are about 15 of us, with most of us in the northeast - Dulston, Earletown, Chancelwood, etc. We have a tiny southern branch (3) in Whittenside. We're probably best described as "a loosely organized pro-survivor group." I'm hoping we'll have our own wiki page soon ... oh, and so far the responses to your offer have been along the lines of: "When we're in Earletown we'll be happy to work with them, and if they have specific targets they need help with, they can let us know and we'll come from neighboring suburbs so long as we're not otherwise engaged." I'm still waiting for everyone to weigh in, but I think we're gonna make better allies than we would a squad. Fair enough?

Ok, you're larger than we thought. Thanks for the summary, and we're always happy to have new allies.--Taco2 14:26, 19 January 2010 (UTC)
Yep, no such thing as too many allies in Malton! Well, good talk ... and just let us know if/when there's anything we can do to help the Rangers.--Sid Rosenberg 14:29, 20 January 2010 (UTC)
