| Bill is a Necrotech researcher who seems to feel significantly responsible for the disaster in Malton. He had himself airdropped in so that he could help. Shortly after his drop he hooked up with Bravo Squad of the DHPD on their way to the Second Siege of Caiger Mall. Following the end of that siege and The Shining Ones attack on Dunell Hills Bill returned to the Hills as commander of Charlie Squad.
