I don't know if anybody is still monitoring things like this, but I currently have a rotter character inside the building, and reclosed the doors, in an attempt to get the final survivor skill I'm missing. This building now appears to be a casual brain rot revival clinic. the process of gaining entry involves vandalising grafiti and waiting outside for the barricades to be lowered. as such the barricades are usually set as strongly barricaded.
