Consumables take up 64% more of your encumbrance (bringing you to 98%)

Revivification Syringes x2

Fuel Cans x2
Generator #1
 
After reaching 98% encumbrance (above) you add a second generator and cap out at 118%

After reaching 98% encumbrance (above) you add a second generator and cap out at 118% Generator #2
