| ::How about a little bit of poignancy? Some of the towers would have been residence blocks. Apartments, or lobbies thereof, with strewn photo albums, children's toys, pictures on the wall, broken TV, etc. (I gather you're creating some randomizers that drop items into the fields.) I've tended to think of the empty blocks as having ruined foundations at this point, but that's just me.
