Carle Street Police Department is the sole Police Department in Richmond Hills, and the official HQ of the NW-5 district. It is monitored by DEM representatives in the area on a regular basis.

Carle Street Police Department now serves as an important safe haven for survivors as well as a rallying point for returning Police Officers seeking to join back up with the Department. All Cops interested in helping out are requested to report in to MPD Command on the forum as soon as possible.
