I propose that use of flares inside of buildings be allowed for search and attack purposes. But, any illumination would only last for either (a) a specific number of searches or attacks, or; (b) a specific period of real time. | |||
For example, in a darkened theater, a flare going off would provide lit or near-lit hit values for one full pistol clip or two loaded shotguns. A flare in a hospital would provide lit search results for 10 searches. This middle ground suggestion makes it possible to search or hit inside of darkened buildings but within limits of the number of flare guns you have and the total period of time or AP's the lighting is provided for. | |||
