Description

History

Ellard Walk School construction started in April 1969, because there was simply no more room for students at Warfield Boulevard School. Construction finished in late June of 1970, in time for the 1970-71 school year. It opened as a K-8 school, with 9-12th grades covered by Warfield Blvd.

In 1983, Ellard Walk became strictly a junior high school, as K-6 classes were moved to the new Meeker Plaza Elementary School. The school received a major interior remodel in 1987, which lasted for 12 years.

Was built in 1970 to help out high school was k thru 8 but in 83 became 7-9. remodelled in 87. addition in 99, necrotech involvement, prevented from putting basement in for undisclosed reasons. was being renovated with meeker when outbreak occured. details to follow. this stylus is giving me a hand cramp

Then in 02 Sinclair renovated it once more to match the already modernized neighborhood.

Barricade Policy

Ellard Walk J.H. is to be kept at Very Strongly Barricaded +2 (VSB+2), in accordance with the East Grayside barricade policy. The barricades can be raised to Extremely Heavily Barricaded in case of zombie attack, but are to be lowered to normal status as soon as possible.

Current Status

It is scheduled to be monitored by Dirty Dozen, but they do not currently have plans for it. No other groups are known to have any interest in the location.
