Replace the "Actual Mobile Coverage" number by the Current Mobile Network Coverage available on the Urban dead stats page.
Next, replace the "Operational Masts accounted for" with the number of suburb masts marked as active (available on the Mobile Phone Mast page.)
The discrepancy is merely the difference between the actual coverage and those accounted for.
Lastly, replace the the time and date which follows "As of:" with five tildes which, when editing, looks like the following:
