We didn't want this to happen. It all came so suddenly and without warning. The THINGS killed most of my crew and now I have nothing except my survival guide specially made for situations like these.
They came without warning. The first sighting was inside the NecroTech buildings and then it started to get out of control.

At least fifteen or twenty of them: men, women and children came in waves. The M16s didn't do much not even a dent on the THINGS. These thing, flesh rotten with a gray color, horrible gash wounds across the whole of the body but showed no signs of blood and the stench, GOD, the stench smelled like rotting meat left out for months. At 50 meters we started to be cautious of the things called "zombies" by the locals. We started to open fire with grenade launchers, RPGs but it didn't to a thing!! The mangled body of a downed zombie, still twitching from the shrapnel, still alive......

They started to come closer. One of them grabbed Richard, setting him on fire as it bit through his neck. I saw the rest of those things surround him as we took of to the next suburb, ripping him to pieces  DAMN WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO?!?
Things are starting to be quiet but I can still hear the moans of the things day after day after day. Fellow survivors say they should die off eventually but I don't see it happening anytime soon. I stroll in the empty hallways of my former school still trying to find relics of the post-outbreak period like the poster I just found saying that the school prom is tonight
