A tall quiet man wearing mostly black and keeping to the shadows away from other survivors. He carries a small messenger bag and more guns that seems physically possible. His head seems to bop to some music only he can hear.
Wearing: red contact lenses, a black top hat, an ankh necklace, a ruffled white long-sleeved shirt, a chain-covered jacket, a black leather coat, a pair of chain-covered trousers and a pair of big black boots
