The Malton Emergency Broadcast System, or MEBS, is a recently-implemented piece of the game. It is hidden in an office building somewhere in Malton.
The Creation of MEBS
As can be seen by searching for Emergency Broadcast System on the wiki, there have been many suggestions involving an Emergency Broadcast System for Malton. Some were good, some were bad, but ultimately, they were involved, however indirectly, in the creation of the MEBS.
Discovery
Announced in the News shows, the MEBS was implemented on Urban Dead's fourth birthday.
The existence of the MEBS was revealed on July 3rd. The MEBS was discovered by party/parties unknown between July 3rd and July 6th..
