The Wulves are a paramilitary group conducting guerilla operations in a variety of locations throughout Malden, but currently centered on the Wyke Hills region. Wulves/Second Company is listed as "Utility Personnel" and as such the group functions with a loose cooperative command structure. Task Force Leaders will pick the goals of operations, not dictate how to achieve them.

Scouting-Entering buildings checking "I.D.s, Cades and corpses"

Surviellence-Monitoring Zed movements within a target range

Communications-Using the talk function, radio and spraypaint.
