Menschen was a guitar player in one of the worlds greatest bands. Not a soul hated their music and they made millions a day. They were always on tour and always on the top of the lists. Menschen used his ability to rock to bring happiness and revolutions across the world.


<center>Before the quarantine, Menschen Metzger was a miner. He was one of the only medics in the mining company, but he also did his share of the work. He looked out for his men and himself. He did everything he could to keep his men from even needing a medic when it could be avoided. Since it took some time to get from the spot they were mining to the top, his major job when someone needed medical attention was to keep them alive until they reached the surface.  
Many times Menschen's ideas resulted in the greatest shows ever done and every time they put on a show it topped the last show they did. No one could beat them or their music. Almost all of the other musicians stopped producing because they couldn't afford to.

Menschen and his men are German, and some of the best workers. Menschen was usually the interpreter for his men. He can speak both English, though with a heavy accent, and German. Menschen worked for so long with most of the men that they all were like family.
One time their stage was rigged to fail. Someone messed around with it and it caused a huge accident. This resulted in Menschen getting hurt and another band member dying. The show was staged in Malton. Menschen's mind became skewed and he started talking about demons and starting a revolution.

When the quarantine hit, Menschen was in the city offices. He had to go to a meeting about a possible new employer. While in the city, the quarantine took affect, imprisoning him inside the walls. He quickly saw the streets turn to shit. Everyone was concerned with themselves and anarchy took over.  
When Menschen was in the hospital, the quarantine started. He was trapped, mentally ill, inside with an undead army marching around the streets. He started to realize that his guitar had the ability to hurt others, demons and humans alike. He uses this to keep himself safe.

Menschen found his way to a hospital to help as best as he can. He would give any aid he could to those waiting for help from real doctors. Everyone loved his kind spirit and almost miracle like medical work. He eventually was accepted to work with the other doctors for his dedication to Ephrem General Hospital.  
His shredding skills are a weapon. He also carries a giant battle axe, that he named "The Separator", which is always sharp and deadly. Inscribed on the hilt is an ancient phrase about the axe, "Touch not this awesome axe, or suffer the wrath of the Tainted Coil!" Nobody knows what the Tainted Coil is but some believe it is an ancient secret society that existed to keep demons from walking the earth.

The stress of trying to keep others alive and seeing some die only to come back as a brain hungry zombie. When he loses a patient it takes it's toll. He does everything he can to try and find a cure for the disease and to restore those who have succumbed to it.</center>
He also can use his shredding skills to heal those who are injured and cure them of any infections. This comes in handy when some of the demons break into the fortress that he is staying in. To heal those who have become injured he has to play a slow ballad like song. When he plays one of these only those who are within earshot of his shredding can be healed.
 
Menschen can even revive the dead with a monster solo session. It tires him out faster but it can be worth it if it is one of his friends who have fallen in battle.
