== Laws of Dulston ==
Hello PANTHER membership,
I have a queiry concerning your Public Enemy list. It says these individuals have broken '''The Laws of Dulston''', but nowhere are these laws are listed. Is this some arbritary list that you determine on the spot based upon who you want to peg at the time, or is there an actual list of laws? I ask because some of these reasons you have listed seem to be curious in meaning. Criminally Negligent Manslaughter is one.
Also, you may want to check the baricade plan before you tack on "Baricade Plan Violations." Here's a link to the [[Dulston Barricade Plan | DODD]]
Just curious,

Laws of Dulston

Hello PANTHER membership,

I have a queiry concerning your Public Enemy list. It says these individuals have broken The Laws of Dulston, but nowhere are these laws are listed. Is this some arbritary list that you determine on the spot based upon who you want to peg at the time, or is there an actual list of laws? I ask because some of these reasons you have listed seem to be curious in meaning. Criminally Negligent Manslaughter is one. Also, you may want to check the baricade plan before you tack on "Baricade Plan Violations." Here's a link to the DODD

Just curious, --Mark Ryerson 22:47, 17 April 2010 (BST)
