There are two streets bearing the name Swaffield Plaza in the city of Malton. Both are named after famed Maltonian, Ingrid Swaffield who had served as a voice of calm on Malton Public Radio during both World Wars One and Two. Swaffield was in attendance as both plazas were unveiled. She died shortly thereafter of cancer.
- Swaffield Plaza, in the suburb of Brooke Hills.
- Swaffield Plaza, in the suburb of Shackleville.
