I have created table, but I don't know how to change color of link there. You have entered your entry falsely. First, you have to create the ad as a subpage (very, very preferable with a table around it to avoid potential formatting problems with other ads) and then include it as a template. Second, it has to include a time stamp. I've just done both for you, created a subpage Rebels/Recruitment and decided to include the timestamp directly in the subpage.
You can also remove the time stamp from the template and integrate it instead on Category:Recruitment, as explained here if that is more comfortable for you.
