Robert McNamara was the eighth Secretary of Defense, serving under Presidents John F. Kennedy and Lyndon B. Johnson from 1961 to 1968. Following that he served as President of the World Bank from 1968 until 1981. McNamara was responsible for the institution of systems analysis in public policy, which developed into the discipline known today as policy analysis.
During his time serving as secretary of defense Robert McNamara along with Richard Nixon, JFK and Fidel Castro held off a massive Zombie hoard in the Pentagon. They used some of the greatest tactics ever concieved to outwit zombies as they aimlessly chased McNamara as he ran in a circle herding the zombies into a cluster for his allied to kill with a combination of heavy machine guns and ray guns.
After defeating the Zombies in the Pentagon McNamara moved to Malton where the war with Zombies and survivors is much more relaxed due to revives for survivors and invincible zombies. Once considered one of the best Anit-Zombie tacticians he is now retired and will spend most of his time hanging around McNamara Cinema that was built in his honor happy to talk to anyone that may drop in and say hello.
