| A very powerful energy supply in the building and a home-made mast on the roof top. The mast is only designed to receive and send signals, but not used for [[mobile phones]] to work.

| As the mast on top of the roof drew attention of [[UBCS]] member, JoeSpears, he decides to use the building as the UBCS Broadcast Centre. The warehouse with lights on will lower the attention of zombies attacking the HQ. The [[UBCS]] now takes full control of the building.
