July 29th 2008 - A fun trip through the mall

I've finally had enough time to sit down and rest. While going through Stickling Mall where I was told by a few people that it was safe I ran into some trouble. Zombie's were everywhere cornering some survivors in the area, I did all I could for them but had to leave as a few had saw me and I don't have enough supplies to take on so many.....hopefully those others made it out alive. I ran through the police station and fire station picking up anything I could, which was just a shotgun shell and a flare gun. I finally made it to the Rush Building which was the HQ for a group known as the Umbrella Corp. I found no help for them so I continued on to the The Nisbet Building which was the Necro Tech buliding I was looking for here. I found a few people running test they found from a sample they grabbed from one of the zombie's outside. One was Jim Stainsby who had some information on my wife. She had been working in a lab down in Randallbank just southeast of here. I had thanked him, now I just need to grab a few hours of sleep and I should be good enough to head out tomorrow morning. -Opeth

July 27th 2008 - The start of my insanity

It has been years since I've sat down and thought things over in my mind. These past few years running around in this god for saken hell hole has made me give up so much hope. Except for one thing though, its been a few years but I know she has to be out here somewhere. Just a few years ago I ran into Malton through Rohdenbank all the way here to Shearbank. Though it started out easy on the way down here but once I hit Huntley Heights it was a whole new level. I can't beleive I thought I could just find her and take her back, like it was nothing at all. I've been chased by flesh eating monsters who were once like myself for the most part, now everything is going so bad. It's getting more diffcult to find food out here in this wasteland and many other supplies are going down. Why can,t the external Military just come down and save us instead of dropping there boxes. We could have been out of here a long time ago if they did that but maybe theres something more to this then the angle I'm looking at. Now I sit here with this journal in my hand that a man in Shearbank's Farrant Crescent Police Station gave me, he told me to keep this because it would help pass the time by. Remind me that there's something still worth fighting for....HA! Like there's anything worth fighting for here, everyday I hear moans and groans of the undead outside of something I didn't believe in till this crap happened. More people screaming outside more buildings being torn apart by them, we keep killing them but they get right back up. I'm planning on making a break for one of the NecroTech buildings around here, I hope she's at one of them waiting for me. But first I need to pass the mall...I better get some sleep now. -Opeth
