| '''Ruddlebank''' is a [[suburb]] of [[Malton]], located in the south-west of the city. Before the outbreak, Ruddlebank was heavily populated by Russian immigrants. The leader of the immigrants is [[Johnathon A. Tikhon]] who of course founded the famous hospital. This suburb was also famous for clashes between the rival gangs of Ukrainians and Russians.

| Ruddlebank takes its name from the River Ruddle, which divided Ruddlebank from neighbouring [[Foulkes Village]] to the west and Arkham to the south. Reduced to a stream by the growing demand for water in the area, the Ruddle was eventually channelled underground as part of Malton's Victorian sewerage system.
