Recruiting and Propaganda has been established in Tollyton, Buttonville and Wyke Hills. Recruiting is being held in Buckley Mall and Woodroffe Mall. KOS List
Characters must be nominated to be added to the KOS list.
Nominations
- Membership required for nominate specific players to add to the list.
- A substancial reason with evidence must be included to add characters to the KOS list. This includes but isn't limited to:
- Directly poses a threat to NWO members/s.
- Specifically targets and kills NWO member/s.
- Treason.
