Death Rattle is a skill that allows zombies to communicate in zamrgh, a language much like a human's but is somewhat difficult to understand due to the zombies not being able to pronounce certain letters. So instead of saying, "I'm in Malton eating brains" they say, "My zambah in Marzan eatin brainz." Many suburbs have their own zamrgh names, like Barhahville for Barrville, Ragrabang for Ridleybank, etc.
