As a military doctor, Leon Vulcan, M.D. has preserved his role among the survivors of Malton, providing intensive medical care to those in need. Before the tragic events of Malton began to transpire, Dr. Vulcan was stationed at the Fort Creedy infirmary as a fresh medical school graduate. When it was overrun by the dead and panicked survivors, Vulcan barely managed to escape. Thinking ahead, he filled a flak vest with surgical instruments, and continues to use them to this day. | |||
