New Catalonia
New Catalonia is a pro-survivor group based in Fryerbank but also operating in Penny Heights and, occasionally, Miltown and Osmondville. It claims the whole of Malton as an anarchist state named New Catalonia based on the ideals of mutual support and cooperation amongst all and any survivors, the taking down of zeds and seeking to meet out justice on PKers who attack it's members. Unlike other anarchist groups, New Catalonia does not seek to target state infrastructure but instead seeks to provide aid to all survivors who aim to survive the onslaught of the undead, regardless of membership status. The group has no hierarchy but instead operates on a "help as can help" basis.
The Rules
The basic rules of New Catalonia are as follows:
1) Aid survivors and other pro-survivor groups 2) Kill zeds where and when possible 3) Take down PKers, especially when targetting other members of the group
Favoured Haunts
While operating primarily from any location in Fryerbank and Penny Heights, New Catalonia Members can usually be found in the environs of the following buildings:
1) St. Seraphim's Hospital, Fryerbank 2) The Craddy Building, Penny Heights 3) Normandare Boulevard Police Dept, Penny Heights
Group Motto
"Come and have a go if you think you're hard enough!" - once sprayed on a wall as a rallying cry on location during the Battle of St. Seraphims
Allied Groups
While not allied or affiliated with any other groups, it has been said that New Catalonia is warmly disposed towards DK13 and is open to providing assistance to this group where and when possible.
Guerrilla Radio 26.51 MHz
The group currently transmits unofficially on the frequency 26.51 MHz, albeit in a rather sporadic fashion at the moment.
Notable Victories
The Battle of St Seraphim's - The group scored a minor victory at St. Seraphim's Hospital after an assault by a small but strong force of zombies.
