If this is true that your in he only building standing, then I'm dead. Help will take a long time if it comes. My suggestion: either move into my building (1 south of your hq) or to Stickling Mall. Should the mall fall have fallen before you get there, headed either SW or SE for a suburb or so, then head south. Ridleybank is preventing a safe retreat.
