From the Private Journal of Captain Neil Johnson, Malton Special Forces:
I suppose my story really begins on the day of the Outbreak. Or at least a couple of days before. Actually, it's hard to say where it really began.
I think my time with the Quaratine Force might have had something to do with it. I guess our actions on July the 3rd where kinda out of place. That was when it really clicked for me that something was going on.
I freely admit that we got some bigwigs out from Pitman Mansion.
Yes, I am related to Yvonne. Every family has a black sheep.
And we did make some mistakes at Fort Creedy.
But what the hell was I meant to do? Is it my fault? I was just following orders. If anyone's to blame it's that -censored- Aaron. Who they tell me doesn't exist.
Bull. It was his orders I was following.
Orders to trade arms illegaly through Fort Creedy. I could've changed that. Could've stopped it. But I didn't. Not my fault; ordered to look the other way. Ordered not to say anything.
And I was on guard duty on the 3rd. I stood there, gun raised and turned the people away. That's not right, is it? We shouldn't of been turning these people away. WE WERE TOLD TO PROTECT THEM! That's why I joined! If I'd known we'd of been putting our own people at risk, I would've quit on the spot. It was fortunate I was relieved when I was. I did try and help any survivors of the Helicopter crash. Not that there were any. By the time I made it they were all dead. The scene was...unforgetable.
I'm sorry, I really am. But I'm trying to make it right. I did disable the bombs that Aaron placed...
