Howel Bank

Description

A sturdy concrete block building located in the north central section of Darvall Heights.

History

Founded in 1912 by Quentin Howel. Mr Howel was a well known speculator who decided to return to his boyhood home. Mr Howel used his considerable fortune to improve Darvall Heights by contributing heavily to the arts and sciences. Quentin's financial empire, based from Howell Bank, allowed him to expand his corporation globally.

Although the public records were lost, rumor has it that Quentin Howel was a major shareholder in one of NecroTech's parent companies.
